My Son Is 1 Year 9 Months. He Is Coughing

My son is 1 year 9 months. He is coughing a little but throwing up mucus and seems a bit foamy. He does not have a fever. But he looks a bit weak. Yesterday in our pool I noticed 2 small dead mice after he had been playing in it for a bit. Not sure if this has anything to do with it.
