My Son Is 10 Months Old, Up To Date With

My son is 10 months old, up to date with vaccinations and has had 3 rounds of DTap.... last dose was November. He was scratched by a metal chair that may or may not be a little rusty (I can't quite tell). He had light bleeding and we washed the wound with soap and water and applied antibacterial cream. Do we need to take him in or is he ok?
