My Son Is 11 Years Olds And Have Been Getting

My son is 11 years olds and have been getting black heads type lesions on the circumcicion scar since the last year on and off. The scar left like tiny holes where the doctor made the stitches, in which smegma type material keeps accumulating and can be squeeze out like black heads. I wonder if there is a more permanent solution than just keep sweezing them out. Thank you.
