My Son Is 12 Years Old. When He Was One

My son is 12 years old. When he was one years. One day he is eating on noon suddenly feet came. And he vomit on the way of hospital. When we reach hospital his left limbs not moving Dr. Inject him .then he is OK we do all his tests like MRI, eeg, blood test etc. Then they start valparin 200 syrups. Continue for five years then I stopped that syrup. And do again same tests reports are normal. Now he is 12 years complete but his behaviour some time angry, mostly he is losted exmpl if watching TV u call him he not listening, he always touch his upper lips. No w days he is not taking interest in study's. But he is good in study's , and in football. His behaviour is changing if I said it's 12:0clock don't go for playing he argue with me. In his whole face small molls. If he go on sunlight they became dark . si what to do ? Can I repeat his all the medical tests again.
