My Son Is 13 Months Old Frm Morning He Has

My son is 13 months old frm morning he has slight fever and also he was crying too so i gave him crocin drops 2ml he went to sleep after he awake i saw him in full sweat. Shall i give him wikoryl drops now because i observed that he also suffered with little cold too but now the temperature is little down.
