My son is 13years old. He was down with high fever and a infected throat He is taking paracetamol and zocef 250 twice a day since 5 days.He now has no fever but still has a sore throat.He is facing difficulty in even swallowing water He is doing betadine gargles also...Should I change zocef 250 with some other medicine
