My Son Is 14 Months Old. Has A Temp Of

My son is 14 months old. Has a temp of 39.3 and has vomited cottage cheese looking sick. Also breathing very fast. I gave him calpol 3 hrs ago. Just tried to give him Nurofen and he was sick. Shall I take him to A and E? I have just managed to settle him back to sleep in his cot. He got poorly at 3 pm today. His twin brother had a sickness bug 3 days ago but not as bad.
