My Son Is 15 And I Believe He Is Abusing

My son is 15 and I believe he is abusing Ritalin. found in bath tub with no water passed out naked more then once. He hallucinated and shaved chunks out of his hair, totally irratic behavior. Then slept for days without getting out of bed for school. Any suggestions?
