My Son Is 16 Months. He Had An Ear Infection

My son is 16 months. He had an ear infection and placed on amoxicillin (5ml 2 times a day). He has been extremely tired. Sleeping 5-6 hours a day in naps. When he is awake, he just want to lay on me. He is normally very active. Is this something I should worry about.
