My Son Is 18 Yo. He Is Having Shortness Of

My son is 18 yo. He is having shortness of breath, pain in his arms and legs (he calls it bone pain) and dizziness. He's just now telling me that these have been going on for a couple of weeks, but they're getting worse. He also has had several sinus infections lately, which he normally doesn't get.
