My son is 2 year old,weighs 12 kg,has fluctuating fever since a week with cough productive.since 3 days he s passing oil in feaces,complaints of abdominal pain below umbilicus frequentely.i am administering him bonison dyrup for digestion and paracetamol gor fever.what should i do?
