My Son Is 2 Years Old. He Had Fever Of

My son is 2 years old. He had fever of 101 deg. and nasal blockage with greenish mucus on 28/10/15. The doctor gave him Syp. Fluzet, Syp. Ambrolite-S, Nasoclear drops and Syp. Meftal-P incase of fever more than 101 deg. and asked to sponge him if fever is more than 101. Also Dr. advised to monitor if fever persists for more than 48 hours and asked to get blood test done for dengue after that. My son has been getting fever between 101 and 102 deg in the past 48 hours (around thrice a day) which subsides with Meftal-P. He has fever now also, but it is subsiding after giving Syp Fluzet. He still has greenish mucus in his nose but his nose is not running at all and has some leg ache and headache (he cant speak, but points out to head or leg, whichever aches) Should I wait till morning to see if fever represents itself or rush to the hospital and get his blood tested asap? Can it be anything other than Dengue? He has not been bitten by mosquitoes in the past 15 days
