My Son Is 2 Years Old, I Notice He Developed

My son is 2 years old, I notice he developed what looks to be a busted blood vessel on the lower lobe area of his eye. Not his eye ball but where his lower eye lashes are. This has been going on for 2 months now with no change. I don't know if this is related but now he has what looks to be a bunch of broken blood vessels in the roof of his mouth. Since those developed in his mouth he's had a fever and been very fussy. Eating his fingers constantly and just not himself. Does this sound like anything you've heard of?
