My Son Is 2 Yrs, For Last Few Days He

My son is 2 yrs, for last few days he was not willing to take any food and sometimes showing vomitting tendency. From last 2days his neck, back and sometime hands are feeling much warmer but thermometer is showing normal. However he is taking breast milk and water. Pls advise.
