My Son Is 20 Years Old And Experiencing A Great

My son is 20 years old and experiencing a great deal of pressure behind his right eye. When he closes his eye or blinks it causes him pain. Also, he is experiencing pain under his right breast, constant for an hour today and then again for 30 minutes.
