My Son Is 21 Months Old. Have Fever Since 3

My son is 21 months old. Have fever since 3 days. I gave crocin as needed. But now he developed bark like wet cough today. His voice have become low and hoarse . Doc prescribed zifi50 syrup and 50 fifty syrup with alerid. and crocin if fever persists.
