My Son Is 21 Years Old. He Has Trembling Or

My son is 21 years old. He has trembling or shaky hands that you notice if he tries to hold them still. He has sweaty, clammy hands and very stinky feet. When he was a baby he had febrile seizures and had 5 total until he was in kindergarten. He has loss of hearing but will not wear hearing aids even though needed and attends University of South Carolina and is a Junior with a 3.2 GPA so somehow he over compensates. Other than this, very healthy except Allergies... I feel he needs to see a Specialist, but I do not know with his symptoms to see?
