My Son Is 26 And 8 Weeks Ago He Began

My son is 26 and 8 weeks ago he began having severe pain in his legs and tremors. These tremors are occurring several times a minute. A doctor at Vanderbilt said he could find no cause and he would just have to learn to live with this condition. Can you suggest where I might turn for help or second opinion. We are willing to do anything that would help.
