My Son Is 27 Years Old. Has Had Chest Pain

My son is 27 years old. Has had chest pain over the past couple of weeks. Went to ER on Friday and had Enzymes checked. No problem. Blood pressure is currently 142 over 92. He is otherwise very healthy. Has a stressfull job as a plant manager. Is working 14 hour days. Not overweight. Having left peck chest pain. Dull pain.

I am concerned going to ER thjere will be no on e there to help him and it will be a wasted trip any thoughts?
