My Son Is 27 Years Old And Frequently Describes What

My son is 27 years old and frequently describes what he calls "little panic attacks" that concern him. He says he can start worrying about having one and have one as a result. He is afraid to drive home alone for the holidays (about a 3 hour drive) because he might have one. He says he feels light-headed and weak when the attacks occur. Any thoughts or suggestions?
