My son is 28 and has had pressure like he has to have bowel movement, but only blood comes out. Other symptoms are feelings of aches and mild abdominal pain. His doctor has ruled out hemorhoids (sp) and is waiting to get a scope done. What could be the issue? No fever, eats well, rarely has alcohol.
