My son is 3 weeks and 3days old and his having serious cough and catarrh I took him to the hospital they gave us ampiclox 90mg / 0.6ml ampicillin / cloxacillin and otrivin nasal drop. Ve been giving it to him since 4 days yet no improvement please what should I do
