My Son Is 3 Years Old And Recently Had Labs

My son is 3 years old and recently had labs drawn d/t another illness. All other labs were WNL except for:

Globulin 1.7, A/G 2.6, Bands in WBC Diff were 3, platelet clumps present. The labs were done because he very easily contracts infections and illnesses and he spiked a 105 fever and has swollen glands in his neck 3 days ago. He's been complaining of stomach pain, but no vomiting/diarrhea at all. His ears and throat are clear- no strep or other obvious infections. Prior to that he had a double ear infection, an allergic reaction to something unknown (he got hives), before that he had Roseola, and prior to that he had Bronchitis, all within the last 3 months. He constantly complains of leg pain, joint (knees most often) pain, and says "my bones hurt" and he refuses to walk up the stairs and often limps. We are at a loss and have not had a f/u with his physician about the results yet. We are awaiting the cmv and mono results. What could this be??
