My Son Is 31. He Was Diagnosed With Gout Earlier

My son is 31. He was diagnosed with gout earlier this year. Apperently for the last 4 to 5 months he has been struggling with diahrea and been feeling off his game. Now in the last few days he's also been vominting some blood. In the last few days his girl friend is now ill. Both smoke. And he has been following his new diet very closely. He dose not take the gout medication because he is alergic to it.
