My Son Is 33 Yrs. About A Week Ago After

My son is 33 yrs. About a week ago after coming back from the Florida Keys. he started having cold chills, fever , headaches in the front of his head, fatigue, occasional cramps in his hands
All his hospital test came back negative.
Are they missing something.
