My Son Is 34 Years Old, He Had Stones In

My son is 34 years old, he had stones in both kidneys. He had 2 procedures for destroys through laser. He has lobulated contour kidneys and cortical high echogenicity. I am so worry about it. I don't have money right now .....I'm so sorry but I can't sleep thinking in my son. Please help me.
