My Son Is 34months Old 2days Ago I Gave Him

My son is 34months old 2days ago i gave him erceflora and hidrasic because he has watery diarhea,ystrday he did not poo so i tot he is already okay but he's not eating at all...i tried to get him bscuit he just ate very small one and drink water after that he vomit,,,evertime he eat and drink water he always vomit...so i gave him vometa he's little bit ok now,his playing already,he can fnish a pack of biscuit,keep on drinking water and he's not vomiting so far but he poo 3x already and still watery stools but theres some solid poo but was that just a side effct of vometa?what will I do?
