My Son Is 35 Yrs Old N Has Been On

My son is 35 yrs old n has been on Klonopin since 5 yrs old. Fof petit mal seizures or myclonic jerks..is the klonopi pill...1.0 mg..dark gray in color a generic or not? This taken with 200 ml Tegretol tab controls his seizures...If he has a cold with runny nose he has a few minor head nods.
