My Son Is 4 And For The Past Week Or

My son is 4 and for the past week or so bleeds bright red every time he poops. It's coming from inside. Right before going he will run around for a few minutes crying that his bottom hurts. Then once he poops I end up wiping a significant amount of blood away. In between bowl movements there is no bleeding or smugges in his undies of any sorts.
