My Son Is 4 And He's Been Complaining Of A

My son is 4 and he's been complaining of a headache since yesterday. He vomited this morning and he slept from about 7 pm last night until 6 this morning and his teacher called and said he's been sleeping in class all day and still complaining about a headache.
