My Son Is 4 Years Old And Suffering From High

My son is 4 years old and suffering from high fever. I gave him Adol 7ml in the night, it's almost 4 hours and he has a temperature of 102.2 now.

I have ibugesic and meftal p suspension at home right now. It's 4.30 in the morning here.

Pls advice which would be better to give, ibugesic or meftal
