My Son Is 46 And Has Had 5 Heart Attacks

My son is 46 and has had 5 heart attacks not real bad ones but attacks the first was from blood loss he has a bleeding ulcer. the last one they put in another stint we went back and the echocartigram was fine the ekg was fine the chest xray was fine. He is having problems with his musles hurting and he has problems breathing they put him on a cpat for sleep aphma but he is hurting so bad he can hardly do anything and his breathing is awful when he does anything. Could this be caused by sleep aphma? He went to his cartilogist and he said his heart was fine.
