My Son Is 4years Old And For The Last 6

My son is 4years old and for the last 6 months we are noticing after mosquioto bites in his hands and legs the spots swell becomes reddish and my son starts itching and blood comes out and the wounds heal but there are so many darks spots in his legs and hands.it looks very bad . Now suggest what todo? What medicine to use?
