My Son Is 5. He Has A Large Bulge On

My son is 5. He has a large bulge on the rt side of his jaw that he wont let me touch. Says it started off as a little bump and just got bigger. Along with it though are little circular spots going from his chest to his jaw. the spots almost look like eczema but they are in a perfect line to the jaw. should I be worried now or can I wait until the morning to see his pediatrician.
