My Son Is 5 Weeks Old , He Is Passing

My son is 5 weeks old , he is passing runny and sticky stool 7 to 10 times per day. Yesterday there is blood in stool and he is crying while passing it . he is having both breast milk and occasionally formula milk. Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason.
