My Son Is 5 Years Old And Had A History

My son is 5 years old and had a history of atopic dermatitis. Was under ayurvedic treatement and is currently fine.
For last few weeks we found some warts under his eyes.
We showed a dermatologist. He prescribed Nirocil for 3 weeks and said that if this does not cure then he needs to emove it by electric mode by giving anaesthesia to the child.
Pls let us know if this is correct.
