My Son Is 5 Yrs Old And Is Getting Stomach

My son is 5 yrs old and is getting stomach pain, we did some tests and also got a sonograoghy done, he has been diagnosed with stomach infection and Dr has advised normet 10 ml twice a day for 6 days and then deworming after 10 days is this correct treatment
