My Son Is 6 Nonth Old , Suffering Cold N

My son is 6 nonth old , suffering cold n flu from last 6 days, i have given 4 days maha cv 3 ml two times with bronorex 2.5 ml and meftal p 2.5 ml , but no relief 5th day doctor suggest me to give azithral syrup 2.5 ml single dise in place of mega cv with the same other medicine,
But after 4 to 5 hrs fever showing 100.5 to 100.7 ..... i would like to know can it be teeth related fever or due to infection please suggest . Thanks
