My Son Is 6.5months. He Had Been Facing Some Problem

My son is 6.5months. He had been facing some problem from last one week. First three days he had hard stools and was in terrible pain. then for almost two days he was fine but since last two days again as soon as I give him milk he passes loose stools. He is on cow's milk. Please suggest what should be done and what exactly the problem is?
