My Son Is 7 Years Old And Is Running Fever.

My son is 7 years old and is running fever. He's been given Azithromycin and has had 2 dose of 5 ml once a day since 2 days. His fever doesn't seem reducing as it's recurring every 6-7 hours. I have given him Imol plus 7.5ml at 11 pm it's 6 am can I give him again now as doc prescribed only 3 times a days. Thank you in advance
