My Son Is 8 Months Old. Had Serious Fever For

My son is 8 months old. Had serious fever for a few days. Has been on antibiotics, saw dr she said prob viral blood tests normal except MCHC and Bands, Man high. Sent me home and he started to get diarrhea, so gave pedialyte and probiotics. Fever eventually went all the way up to 104.5, gave him Advil, and it slowly came down. Next day ok but night up to 102, again Advil brought it down. He drank half as much as normal though. Now today fever gone except brief bout a of 100 or 99. Cold sweats, But will not take bottles drank only 10 ounces all day today. Will eat food. Ate 2 small tubs total today of fruit or veg mixes. Thought it may also be teething or sore throat, so gave teething numbing cream, and Tylenol at lunch and got some fluid into him finally. Tonight fussy again with no fever wouldn't takes bottle so gave Advil for pain, and he just went to sleep didn't want bottle.....
