My Son Is 9 And He Has Developed A Type

My son is 9 and he has developed a type of rash I guess you could call it on his back. Non of the skin rashes in the Health A-Z area look like it. It resembles the rash shown for and foot and mouth disease but there are no bumps on his hands or feet or in his mouth. He says the bumps don't itch. Help!!
