My Son Is A Meth Addict. He Is Running A

My son is a meth addict. He is running a marathon on being awake. We are in our late 50 and early 60s. It is taking a toll on all of us. He can'take get help because he was on antipsychotic for a while and he doesn'the have insurance. Would it hurt to try to get him to take nyquil zzz. If bad choice then what would be better.
