My Son Is Allergic To Chicken, But Continues To Eat

My son is allergic to chicken, but continues to eat it regularly. He will become nauseated, stop eating it for a few days, then resume again. Now, at 38 years old he is in pain, vomiting, and has a high white blood cell count, inflamed lymph nodes in the abdomen, even diagnosed withcostochondritis, and mesenteric
lymphodinitis. Could this be caused by years of consuming chicken?
