My Son Is Almost 13, He Was Diagonosed With Adhd

My son is almost 13, he was diagonosed with adhd in2013. adhd meds seemedto help for a while he was always in honors since 2nd grade he is in 7th now and is failing school. he is seeing a child psych dr. for the last few months they have tried numerous adhd meds with no real sucess also risperadol for 3 weeks and that seemed to make him much worse. he has tremendous anxiety and we dont know why he says he doesnt either but things have gotten so bad with him that his dad and I stay in tears worried about him. he sitsin class and all the teachers say its like he is in a tranch. he doesnt even try to do classwork and we make sure he does homework but he never turns it in {when asked he will say he forgot} he have extremly good behavior at school but at home exploseds, crys all the time and when asked over and over why he doesnt do his work at school he saysi dont know I just zone out because I cant focus {even with adhd meds} he says his anxiety is his problem but he doesnt know what to do to change it or what he is anxious about. he is terrified to be left alone even if we are in the next room. he cant remember anything and we are so worried the drs are missing something he has been complaining about pain {a stinging in his chest legs,now wrist} please help us
