My Son Is Almost 3 Months Old And Has Had

My son is almost 3 Months old and has had 2 Bladder infections so far he was on Antibiotics for 7 days then when he got his second bladder infection he was on Antibiotics for 14 days & spend 2 days in the hospital! He's been having cold sweats all day so far. No fever for awhile.should I take him to the doctors?
