My Son Is Five Years Of Age And Has Most

My son is five years of age and has most recently had lab work and seen his regular Dr. for a reoccurring fever that has gone up to 104.01
Lab work is normal and tests for strep and flue both came back negative yesterday during office visit.
Today he was sent home from his school for a fever or 101.04.
Any advice or knowledge would be appreciated.
