My Son Is Getting Good Grades In Class But He

My son is getting good grades in class but he gets in trouble for talking. His teacher say that he is just very social. He doesnt have any trouble making friends and is meeting all state standards. I have tried every possible punishment from taking away screen time to his favorite toys.
