My Son Is In The Hospital And Just Had An

My son is in the hospital and just had an mri of the liver. He has a compressed bile duct that is causing bile to back up into the liver.. They did a biopsy of the liver but won't have a diagnosis until Monday. He is 52 and obese. He also had a colonoscopy, endoscopy and heart scan last week. All were unremarkable. Is he in a terminal state?
