My Son Is In The Hospital For 21 Days, He

My son is in the hospital for 21 days, he has been on oxygen in his lungs for 20, he was supposed to have surgery on Mon., then on Tuesday. Now the surgery is scheduled for Wed. They are saying his sodium level is to high. He was on sodium sun. For his kidney, they took that off yesterday saying his level was to high. TOday his level was 46, but they never scheduled the surgery today. What are the risks of this error
